When Will My Online Order Arrive?
To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Heres the equation we use:
Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
For example, many items on our site show 1-3 Day availability. If you select Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments, your shipping time will be 6 to 10 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 6 to 10 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 7 to 11 days after you place your order.
Note: Please allow up to 24 hours from the time you submit your order for us to begin processing it. Since we begin processing the next business day, we can often ship within 24 hours. However, some orders, such as those placed on Saturday, do not ship within 24 hours, as we do not begin processing it until Monday. Round Flat Records currently ships orders during normal business days (Monday-Friday), weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. Keep in mind that delivery time does not include order processing time.
After you place an order via our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, such as a valid method of payment or valid shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason, and if we reject it we will attempt to notify you via the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Payment devices are not charged for your order until we ship our goods by delivering them to the carrier (and you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges).
Round Flat Records will not process orders for delivery to countries embargoed by the U.S. Government. As of April 23, 2002, the following countries are under trade restrictions: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, North Korea and parts of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Round Flat Records reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict shipments to other countries, with or without any reason.
Certain products may be restricted from export outside of the United States or Canada. If you feel you may be exempt from such restrictions you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or the like from the United States Government.
You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Also, please be sure that your ordering information is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.
Your credit card is only charged when items are shipped.
Q: My order is overdue - where is it?
A; Our policy is to wait 30 days before declaring a United States order lost. We wait 60 days for shipments outside the United States. If you are not in the United States, you should check with your local postal or customs office, as many times an order is held there. If your order has not arrived within these time frames, email Round Flat Records.
Q: What if I havent received my order after the average shipping time period has passed?
A: For domestic orders, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date to notify us about the missing package. For international orders, we will allow up to 60 days for notification.
A: My package still has not shown up. Now what?
A: First, make sure that the maximum time for shipping has passed, to make sure that it is not still on the way.
If you are in a country outside the United States, you should check with you customs department to make sure that the package did not get stuck there. The next thing to do is contact us. You were sent on your order confirmation the name of the person who is working on your order. Email that person and let them know that your order was never received. They will do their best to help you from there.
Q: My package is not insured, and I think it is lost. Can you send a replacement?
A: Our policy is that we do not replace or refund for lost and uninsured packages. We recommend that you use an insurable method of shipping and choose to add insurance. This guarantees that if your package is lost, we can resend it except in the case of an incorrect address. For incorrect addresses, please read below.
Q: I provided the incorrect address by accident. What will happen?
A: In our order confirmation we ask the customer to check the address that was provided to us. If you have noticed a mistake, please E-mail the person assigned to your order. They will do their best to fix it. If it can not be fixed, they will E-mail you back and let you know. The package will more than likely be returned to us. If it is returned to us, you will be refunded for the product only or you can pay to have it re-shipped. We can not be held responsible for addresses that are provided to us with incorrect information.
Shipping delays may occur over observed holidays.
The billing address must match the shipping address for all international orders.
