Frankenscience (Urban Cyberphunk) is an album by Signs Ov Chaos, released in 1996 under the Earache label. The project is the brainchild of British electronic music producer Michael Wells, known for his work in the techno and industrial scenes.

This album showcases Wells’ experimental approach, blending abstract techno with industrial and breakbeat elements. The tracks feature slow-building melodies, dark minimalistic electronics, chaotic rhythms, and sinister sampled loops. Notably, the album is dedicated to the loving spirit of Lee Newman, Wells’ late partner and collaborator in the techno duo G.T.O.
