The final side then returns to the Attic Demo sessions through early versions of “Skylines and Turnstiles,” “Knives/Sorrow,” and “Cubicles.” Their rougher sound reveals the band before major-label production, making the conclusion feel archival rather than triumphant. Heard after the polished later material, the demos emphasize how quickly My Chemical Romance learned to turn personal urgency and elaborate ideas into carefully controlled arrangements.
