A Day to Remember – Common Courtesy – Compact Disc

A Day to Remember’s Common Courtesy brings the band’s pop-punk hooks and metalcore weight into one of its most personal albums. First issued independently after a long label dispute, the record carries a sense of release in both its defiant lyrics and oversized choruses.

“City of Ocala” begins as a salute to the band’s Florida roots before “Right Back at It Again” turns that history into a statement of persistence. “Sometimes You’re the Hammer, Sometimes You’re the Nail” and “Violence (Enough Is Enough)” supply the heavier counterweight.

The album’s range is unusually broad even by the band’s standards. “I’m Already Gone” and “I Surrender” lean into acoustic and melodic textures, while “The Document Speaks for Itself” channels the anger surrounding the group’s legal battles.

Jeremy McKinnon’s vocals move from clean sing-along lines to harsh breakdowns, supported by guitars that alternate between bright punk momentum and dense rhythmic impact. The sequence makes those contrasts feel like parts of one identity rather than competing styles.

This Epitaph CD edition contains sixteen tracks, including “End of Me,” “I Remember,” and the later bonus material. It is identified by UPC 045778775422.

Brand new, never played and still sealed in the factory plastic
