The Honeydrippers: Volume 1 is an EP (extended play) released in 1984 by The Honeydrippers, a side project led by British rock singer Robert Plant. This project allowed Plant to explore a different musical style compared to his work with Led Zeppelin.
The EP features a collection of cover songs from the 1950s and early 1960s, which are characterized by a rhythm and blues and rock and roll sound. Notable tracks on the EP include “Sea of Love” and “Rockin’ at Midnight.”
