The recording features performances by Sula Rakim, Antar The Raven, and Jihad, who serve as lead griots, delivering powerful vocal narratives.
The album was recorded at Theta Sound Studio in Burbank, California, with Randy Tobin as the recording engineer.
The production was overseen by Harvey Robert Kubernik and Jonathan Haft, with Ellis ‘E.Z. The Gunge Dog’ Rice contributing to soundscape design.
