Taeyong – WYLD The 1st Album Zine Version – Target Exclusive Compact Disc

WYLD is Taeyong's first full-length solo album, extending the distinctive writing and performance identity he established through SHALALA, TAP, NCT, and his earlier self-released material. Across ten tracks, he moves between rap, melodic vocals, electronic production, hip-hop rhythm, and unusual character pieces. The title suggests energy that cannot be made completely orderly, and the sequence supports that idea by changing perspective quickly. Intensity, humor, fantasy, self-observation, and release coexist rather than being assigned to separate versions of the artist.

The title track “WYLD” begins the album as a declaration of motion and presence. “Storm” follows with a heavier sense of pressure, while “Hypnotic” concentrates on attraction and repetition. Taeyong's delivery is central to those shifts: clipped phrases can create percussion, a lighter melodic line can interrupt aggression, and changes in tone can make one voice sound like several characters in conversation. The production leaves room for those details instead of forcing every track into the same high-volume template.

“I'm a Dancing Cactus” displays the playful visual imagination associated with Taeyong's solo work. The title turns an awkward, resilient object into a moving character, giving personality to an image that could have remained a joke. “Mermaid” changes the fantasy and atmosphere, and “404 Euphoria” revisits the numerical language used in earlier songs such as “404 File Not Found” and “404 Loading.” That continuity lets longtime listeners follow ideas about disconnection and desired escape as they develop across releases.

“Skiii” and “Hot” return to speed and physical confidence, while “Feeling Myself” states self-recognition without pretending it is a permanent condition. “Run” closes the album with forward movement. Together, the final tracks make WYLD feel like a complete album rather than a lead single surrounded by experiments. Taeyong's role as a writer and creative participant connects the contrasting styles, and the full-length format gives each change enough context to feel intentional within one larger self-portrait.

The Zine Version is packaged around a 72-page photobook and is supplied with one of two sleeve-cover designs. It contains the compact disc, a Thanks To postcard, a folded poster, and one random photocard from three. The Target-exclusive configuration adds another random photocard from three Target designs. Because the covers and photocards are randomized in sealed stock, a particular sleeve or card cannot be guaranteed. The physical zine presentation measures approximately 298 by 220 by 7 millimeters.

Brand new, never played and still sealed in the factory plastic
