Description

Dogzilla – Allizgod – Vinyl Record

Dogzilla was a band that pulled together a number of different musical styles and fused them in a way that made them unique among Boston groups. They managed to blend straight-ahead rock, funk, grunge, and D.C.-style Go-Go, yet they never sounded like they were simply mining other musical traditions.

Avoiding the insincerity of many schizoid-sounding bands that attempted a similar pastiche. They simply combined these ingredients as though they were spices in their own secret recipe, and created a sound uniquely their own. Fans could rock, they could dance, they could zone out on the interplay of percussion and rhythm section, or they could dig on George Hall’s masterful lead playing. Dogzilla truly brought something for everyone.

Brand new, never played and still sealed in the factory plastic seal with punch in jacket edge
